Nothing but impressed with the whole experience, beginning to end! The project was a fifty-year-old tiled shower wall in a condo in Ocean City, along with equally ancient tiled floors in the bathroom and entry foyer.

I called/requested with multiple "grout people" in the area. Sir Grout was one of the few companies to actually respond and schedule. I scheduled the appointment one month out, based around the timeline of visits to the condo; this is always a bit risky, as my experience is that some places forget about an appointment booked so far in advance. I received text and email confirmation the day before, Connor called when on his way, and he arrived right on time.

Connor was outstanding! Poised, professional, fascinatingly calm and collected. He was all business (which I very much appreciate), showed me a few different samples of grout color, was well able to intuit what I was looking for, and produced a quick estimate that was well below the other quotes I'd received. He was able to book the work for the same week.

He called the day of the scheduled work to let me know the first project of the day was running late, but he would still be getting the work done. Sent me photos after the project was finished; everything looked great! Highly recommend!

Most impressive is that this franchise is owned and operated by a team of young men in their 20's. When Connor first came to the door, I assumed he was the guy they send out to do the estimates. He handed me a card before leaving, which I didn't look at until later, when I noticed he was the Manager. Having interacted with him, this made sense. If being on time, being competent and trustworthy, and being competitively priced aren't sufficient reasons for you to go with this option, then you can add to the list the value of supporting a group of young fellas, who are absolutely getting after it.

Connor was an absolute professional and demonstrated such amount of knowledge in properly caring for our floors. His attention to detail was unmatched, and he went above and beyond the initial job to ensure we were happy with the results. He truly cares about the work he does, and it shows in the final product.

I can not highly recommend him enough to anyone in the Annapolis area, spanning all the way east to Ocean City (where we are). He is invested in his business, and it couldn't be more apparent.
